On July 13, 2022 (the “Petition Date“), Celsius Network LLC and seven affiliated debtors (collectively, the “Debtors“) filed voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The Debtors’ bankruptcy cases are jointly administered under Case No. 22-10964 before the Honorable Martin Glenn in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York (the “Bankruptcy Court“).
